Dog Training Services: Booking, Payment, and Cancellations

This section specifically addresses the professional dog training time you book with us.

A. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings for dog training time are subject to availability and acceptance by The Good Dog Blueprint.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.

  • Payment is due as specified at the time of booking.

B. Cancellation and Refund Policy (Crucial)

To receive a refund, you must notify us of your cancellation via the contact method specified during booking:

  • Full Refund: If you cancel your scheduled training session with more than 24 hours' notice (one full day) prior to the start time, you will receive a full refund.

  • Partial Refund: If you cancel your scheduled training session within 24 hours of the start time, you will receive a 50% refund of the session fee.

  • Our Cancellation: If The Good Dog Blueprint must cancel a session, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a credit to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.

C. Disclaimer of Guarantee

You acknowledge that dog training requires commitment and effort from the dog owner. We provide professional advice and methods, but we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes regarding your dog's behavior. The success of training depends on factors outside of our control, including your consistency, the dog's temperament, and environmental factors.

User Conduct and Blog Comments

A. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Website in a way that is unlawful, harmful, or interferes with the proper functioning of the site. This includes, but is not limited to: uploading viruses, spamming, unauthorized commercial solicitation, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

B. Blog Comments

If you leave comments on the blog, you grant The Good Dog Blueprint a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and edit your comments.
