Refund Policy for The Good Dog Blueprint
This Refund Policy details the terms and conditions for refunds on services and products offered by The Good Dog Blueprint, available on thegooddogblueprint.com.
By booking our services or purchasing our products, you agree to this policy.
Dog Training Service Bookings
This section governs refunds for one-on-one time booked with The Good Dog Blueprint for professional dog training services.
A. Cancellation by Client
To request a refund for a canceled service, you must notify us using the contact method provided during your booking. The refund amount depends entirely on the notice period you provide:

Full Refund: If you cancel your scheduled training session with more than 24 hours' notice (one full day) prior to the start time, you will receive a 100% full refund.

Partial Refund: If you cancel your scheduled training session within 24 hours of the start time, you will receive a 50% partial refund of the session fee.

No Refund: If you are a no-show or cancel after the session's scheduled start time, you will not be eligible for any refund.
B. Cancellation by The Good Dog Blueprint
In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule a confirmed training session, you will be offered two choices:

A full refund of the session fee.

A credit to reschedule the session for a future date at a mutually convenient time.
Digital Products (E-books, Guides, Courses)
Due to the nature of digital goods, which are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, our policy is that all sales of digital products are final.

We do not offer refunds for e-books, downloadable guides, or online courses once the purchase is complete and the product has been delivered or accessed.

The only exception to this policy is if a clear technical error prevents you from accessing the product entirely.
Physical Products (Future Sales)
This section applies to any physical goods (e.g., training tools, gear, or merchandise) that may be sold by The Good Dog Blueprint in the future.
A. Return Eligibility and Window
We accept returns for physical products if the following two conditions are met:

You contact us to initiate the return within 7 days of the product delivery date.

The product must be returned in unused, undamaged, and resaleable condition.
B. Refund Process for Physical Products

Initiation: Contact us via email (or other specified contact method) within the 7-day window to request a return authorization.

Shipping Responsibility: You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product to us. Original shipping costs paid during the purchase are non-refundable.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned product to confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process a refund for the product cost only (excluding original shipping fees) back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
